Return & Refund Policy

At Shamooo Sana, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

We are not currently giving refunds. However, here are the conditions for an exchange of products:

• Items can be returned back for exchange within 48 hours after receiving it.
• We do not accept returns on items that have been worn, used, or altered in any way.
• Items can only be returned if it was damaged during shipping.
• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
• You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• Return and exchange is only available for damaged items. Customers cannot exchange an item for a different piece.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you via email that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. We may request photos of the damaged or incorrect item for verification purposes.
